Created with both tincture and hydrosol, this blend captures the fuller spectrum of Rose: the depth and richness of the whole plant, whilst retaining the softer, aromatic qualities of the fresh flower. Unlike teas made from dried rose petals, which can often carry bitterness from their tannin content, Simply Rose offers a sweeter, more penetrating expression of the Rose.
With Rose you will find a loving companion to bring you into your own centre, soften the edges and allowing you to feel and listen to your heart .
Designed for daily and ritual use, Simply Rose can be taken alone, used to support meditation and reflection, added to your favourite loose leaf tea blend, or add a few drops to your favourite cacao.
A small daily ritual for tenderness, presence, and connection; a botanical talisman to carry in your pocket, or keep in your tea cupboard, to return to throughout the day whenever you wish to come home to yourself.
Traditional Herbal Use: Cooling, astringent, useful for reducing fevers it can be used to bring down a high temperature and clear toxins and heat from the body causing rashes and inflammation. Supportive in regulation menstruation especially in reducing excessive flow.
Caution: Some sources will say to avoid the use of Rose during pregnancy. This is most likely due to its cooling (refrigerant) and drying quality. However, like much herb safety this seems to be erring on the side of caution.
