As an Insight Herbalist I honour that nature is a place of reflection and profound wisdom. It is something that we are not separate from and as such can be an access point for understanding and self enquiry.
This is the underlying weaving in whatever area of your life you are looking for support in. I hold the space of guidance for you to fully embrace the power of your true nature.

I can help support you to release limiting beliefs and ideas, helping you to feel resourced within yourself at any stage of this incredible journey.
Self-enquiry and essence connection; for those who may already be on a path of deeper knowing - exploring herbalism, plant medicines, or nature connection I offer mentorship and guidance.
