Gathering the Bones - - Intake Form

It is important that you fill out this form prior to your first session.  

All information will be kept safe and confidential. All information will be viewed in a compassionate and non-judgemental capacity. Please fill out as much detail as possible.

Cost: 90 minute integration session - £75

Full Ceremonial ritual, allow up to 3 hours - £200

Please pay by bank transfer before you session, or if you want to pay in cash on the day please let me know in advance. Full ceremony can be paid in instalments if needed.

( I have two concessionary spaces available every 6 months for a full wrapping, please do ask.)
