Allowing and acknowledging your current reality without judgment, laying the groundwork for authentic self-awareness.

Connecting you deeper with your heart, enabling a fuller understanding of your desires and motivations.

Identify and release attachments to outcomes, freeing yourself from looping cycles and opening space for genuine transformation.

A Year of Plants - Rose
Diving into the heart medicine or Rose, this is the first in a series of workshops exploring plants and our relationship to them. In a small intimate group, we will get to meet the plant on deep intimate level, through tea, meditation, and some subtle touch bodywork. a chance to deepening in intimacy and self enquiry with your own being, with the plants as our guides and allies for greater self understanding.
Heart Touch with Rose
A gentle evening gathering in circle with other hearts. Offering nurturing presence to yourself and others. There will be a guided Rose tea meditation, followed by introducing you to a subtle bodywork listening touch technique connecting to the heart. Rose is a potent catalyst and ally for deepening in the living presence of our own heart, and the bodywork supports this deepening as you to connect into this living presence within another.
